Shipping and refund policy

Gradient galaxies is not delivering to Canada and Australia at the moment, due to restrictions in India. I will be updating on our Instagram page as soon as I have more information, so please follow  @gradientgalaxies on Instagram to receive all updates!

SHIPPING POLICY

The processing time for all open orders is 1-2 weeks. After your order is shipped, please wait for 3-4 weeks to receive it after which you can reach me out with your order details on my email or through my Instagram dms! I will be more than happy to resend a replacement package your way.

REFUND POLICY

Gradient galaxies currently do not offer any refunds except for special cases. Please reach out with your query on [email protected], I will be more than happy to help you through it.
